The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing new customer engagements including installation, design, integration, testing, configuration and production cut-over and support. These engagements are charged either on a fee-for-service or fixed fee basis. May directly manage other resources (e.g. Business Systems Analyst, Engineers, etc) as assigned by management. Also may indirectly manage resources assigned to the project by the customer or it's designated partner.
