Person is responsible for creating and managing effort-hour budgets including supervision of others assigned to perform electrical engineering activities. Person shall have worked within an EPC atmosphere with knowledge/experience of large equipment installations e.g. turbines / generators and developing equipment specs, electrical one-line diagrams, etc.
