Responsible for managing the Los Angeles and local offices' technical discipline as directed by the West Region Operations Leader. Oversee and manage all aspects offices' project work, staffing resources and technical issues for the technical discipline. Provide personnel management including staff recruitment, development and leadership for areas of responsibility.
