Responsible for specific assignments involving Energy Control Systems (ECS) Automatic Generation Control (AGC), State Estimator solutions (SE), RTU protocols, Frame Relay communications, MISO requirements for Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Inter Control Center Protocol (ICCP) and software requirements involving Oracle, Unix, Fortran C++, Java, SQL and Process Book.
