Design and deliver new or upgraded products within project and design guidelines in a manner which will maintain or improve the company's product leadership position. Supervise a team of nine engineers setting priorities and maintaining project schedules. Provide high level technical support to Business Units on possible product applications, evaluation of customer requirements, and/or the solution of technical problems in their areas of expertise.
