The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a team of engineers who are responsible for new product development, continuous improvement and production support to meet business goals.Management responsibilities include salary planning, budgeting and career development for staff, performance reviews and day to day performance management. Coordinate with marketing, sales and applications engineers to identify product functionality and specifications. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and applications engineers to designate key projects requirements.
