Manages development activities in Europe Design Center. Responsible for the design and development of integrated circuits. Actively manages entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release. Direct responsibility for managing activities of the Design engineering team. Receives assignments from Department Manager and determines how to use resources based on established policies and procedures. Participates in hiring evaluations. Responsible for recruiting new hires.
