Design high performance devices. Design and develop novel device packaging concepts to integrate circulator devices with the antenna array. Lead the development of automated test and assembly techniques to attain high yields and low cost. Partner with suppliers to develop new materials or processes. Manage project budgets and schedules. Support proposal efforts with cost estimates and technical writeups.
