The Field Service Manager will play an active part in the drive for total Customer Satisfaction and Repeat Business by managing a group of field based Supervisors and Service Personnel in order that they deliver, install, maintain and repair a specified range of high technology systems. The successful Manager will contribute to the financial and performance targets of the organization in a professional and productive way. He/she will be able to recognize and resolve any internal and external issues which fall within the scope of the role by working with key partners and stakeholders.
