A Field Services Engineer is responsible to provide post-sales services and support for customers. The typical customer environments that an FSE functions within are networked UNIX, Linux, Windows and Mac. The primary job function involves architecture and implementation of our client's solutions on customer facilities. Implementations may include understanding size and scope of customer requirements for complex storage and may include backup and restore, disaster recovery, storage consolidation, data protection and/or storage performance requirements.
