Manage the IT quarterly demand planning process and reviews, perform project business case analysis. Establishes communication plans, project tracking and reporting from inception to completion to ensure scope, budget and timeline are being met; ensuring that customer relations are maintained at the highest level through all phases of project planning and execution. Maintain the IT Project Landing Map (In Progress, New, and Backlog), ensuring that the footprint of proposed IT projects does not overwhelm our capacity to deliver.
