The successful candidate will be the engineering leader responsible for providing technical, process, people and project leadership for the Hardware Engineering function for the US sites (Johnson City, Fort Wayne, Irving, Ontario, and Marlborough), projects / businesses and people. Development of objectives, goals and plans for HW achievement of functional responsibilities in alignment to overall PS Engineering objectives. Provide leadership in driving commonality of tools, processes and HW solutions across the business.
