Job Description:

Perform design of high-voltage MOSFETs for Power supplies (500-900V). Help develop process & qualify devices. Solve any application specific issues to ensure the product success. Perform device R&D into new MOSFETs & design products. Support R&D into wide-bandgap materials for our future HV needs. Assist our product group to setup testing appropriate to HV devices.
