Serves as the On-site lead for program management and technical support of Information resources. Responsible for directing and leading customer IT support. This support includes all aspects of information resources such as Helpdesk operations, Information security/assurance, Network administration and Web-based application development and maintenance. Duties include project interface with the customer and system users; ensuring contract requirements are met; ensuring adherence to customer site policies and procedures; and production of monthly reports.
