Helps customer align networking strategies and approaches to overall business and technical requirements. Develops strategies, policies and best practices for the customer. Develops and cultivates strong customer relationships ensuring a ''''Customers for Life'''' relationship. Ensures customer's expectations are understood, managed and met during engagement lifecycle. May supervise and lead more junior resources or partner resources as part of a larger engagement, or work alone as the sole practitioner on a smaller engagement.
