Communicate regularly with business owners in all business areas ensuring understanding and prioritization of business objectives and needs. Influence and lead positive changes to operational business processes by developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives, using standard ERP and reporting systems functionality, and recommending enhancements[ projects where necessary. Participate in the cost/benefit analysis on proposed enhancements, including operational impacts, and provide supportable recommendations to the leadership team identifying which enhancements should be implemented. Participate on cross functional teams to achieve best solutions for the business.
