This exciting opportunity in our North America Information Technology department will direct a team of professionals in providing Information Technology services to the North American business support functions. The Director will ensure business alignment, partnership, communications, strategy visibility and understanding, and transparency to the customer base. In addition, the Director will plan for changing work volumes, review headcount and equipment requirements, and determine space and systems requirements.
