The person in this position interacts regularly with the management team in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, and programs to support SPI's business direction. He\She will formulate and recommend applicable technology/business solutions which assist the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position, productivity, work-flow efficiency and profitability. The Director is expected to build and develop the IT organization, processes and procedures to support business needs.
