Reporting to the CFO, the Director of IT will be responsible for the management of IT staff and consultants as well as all project work being conducted by either group. The successful candidate should have a firm understanding of business issues for a company of comparable size and the ability to evaluate organizational needs. The ability to work with all levels of staff and management to implement changes as well as development of a coherent and comprehensive IT strategy is a must. This person should have the proven ability to evaluate new technologies and the ability to execute implementation. This person will responsible for optimizing the return on their budget.
