The IT Manager is responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting simple network problems and provide an interface with the infrastructure vendor for more complicated problems. Also, maintain and upgrade equipment as needed, monitor and maintain the client's website, and interact with vendors. The manager will develop and manage the IT budget.
