The IT Manager monitors and manages all production and workflow processes in order to deliver technology applications and infrastructure project requests in a timely and efficient manner. Working closely with development and operational staff, the IT manager ensures that workflow and processes exceed business expectations while supporting delivery requirements. The IT Manager may provide leadership and mentoring to more junior staff and project team members.
