Overall Project/Program Management responsibility for all CT/IT&C development projects. Responsible to lead (not just manage) planning and execution of application development projects on time, on budget, and with high quality. Work with the business and technology leadership in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives, and in defining short and long term objectives for projects/platforms.
