Manage, plan, organize and monitor an IT team in support of all site business functions which may include infrastructure, telecommunication, desktop support, Global Call Center and business applications within the production plants and offices in various countries. Collaborates with internal customers to define approaches, identify priorities, and attain objectives through the efforts of individuals and/or project teams. Enforce IT policies, implement and manage IT policies, standards, system security and standards operating procedures.
