The Service Management (SM) Specialist acts as part of a strategy team which develops and implements service management solutions in conjunction with application and infrastructure project teams. We seek an individual who will analyze business requirements, develop service management strategies & roadmaps and ensure that the strategies are successfully adopted by the customers to address current business needs and future requirements.
