Lead contract negotiations and manage the overall sourcing for technology software contracts and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. Review and document technical and business requirements, specifications and processes with line of business and information technology. Provide information, feedback and guidance to management on selection of specific partners. Negotiate with resellers, technical reps and major software suppliers. Work with legal department in completing acceptable contracts in the purchase of software licenses and application service provider agreements.
