Provides technical leadership in areas within the systems engineering lifecycle, performs research on current standards and future/emerging technologies, interfaces with community standards groups, develops and maintains standards registries, community standards documentation and profiling tools, establishes compliance requirements for programs, verifies program compliance to community standards, creates Systems View to Technical Standards View mappings (SV-TV bridge), performs analysis and provides technical input to CDDs, etc. where Technical Views are required.
