This role will contribute to company's success by helping to design, implement, and document company's core enterprise IVR systems in support of our award winning Customer Care organization. Be part of a team that reacts quickly to the needs of a fast paced business environment while supporting a large call volume and business critical IVR application suite. We are in need of an experienced IVR Developer that takes initiative, interacts well with internal/external business partners, and is self motivated to continue building his/her skills and leadership capabilities.
