Manages multiple major customer projects, working directly with the customer and providing direction to the project team. Develops project definition through the creation of a statement of work in conjunction with both the internal sales team and with the customer business sponsors. Defines the project constraints and deliverables. Develops the project schedule, leads project from inception to final customer acceptance and deployment into production.
