Assign reporting staff to teams and projects. Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to application developers and staff specialists. Define processes, train and set goals. Coordinate/negotiate components of project plan and/or resources across projects and work groups. May lead/guide the technical analysis, design, development, testing, acquisition, and/or application development, systems development, infrastructure, and support processes. May be a hands-on participant in any phase. These tasks could require significant technical expertise and/or business area knowledge.
