Oversee multiple projects through each phase of the development and project management life cycles. Develop project plans and schedules for each project. Coordinate with program manager to establish budgets. Lead development of new software applications and modifications to existing applications. Manage network installation and maintenance in a real-time environment ensuring maximum uptime. Make recommendations to the program manager and client regarding areas of improvement and ways to increase overall system efficiency.
