Will guide, manage, and direct the activities of non-exempt and/or exempt employees and functions of assigned area. Analyzes and organizes area operations and procedures. Monitors and evaluates area production. Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow. Oversee data collection, analysis and preparation of activity reports for capacity, performance, problem and incident reporting. Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff. Other duties as assigned.
