Primary responsibility is managing IT business applications and infrastructure improvement projects. Creates, or refines, a statement of work to define the project scope and objectives. Derives a list of appropriate resources, negotiates staff availability with affected managers. Follows a standard methodology and a disciplined systems engineering approach.
