Prepares project work plans for assigned areas of infrastructure. Validates/defines project scope, objectives, and dimensions. Develops technical solution designs and documents technical specifications. Validates programming /configuration of infrastructure solutions to ensure adherence to technical standards and quality assurance. Participates in the implementation infrastructure solutions and validates/reviews implementation to ensure technical quality assurance.
