Work as an interface between site, site supervisors and corporate offices and as such maintain a professional relationship with corporate regional office, human resources, payroll, benefits, contracts, and other departments in which site must either provide or derive support. Execute all aspects of the hiring process including potential candidate screening, coordination of technical interviews, compensation review and offer, and all associated responsibilities for the on-boarding processes.
