Responsible for utilizing various technologies to deliver process solutions resulting in enhanced, streamlined and cost effective daily operations. Works with customers (users) and system/technology peers to maximize opportunities. Analyzes discrepancies in service or performance and makes recommendations for modifications and service updates. The individual will also document business requirements, develop process diagrams and create project plans.
