This person will lead the a Company Project requiring them to learn the software product code (JAVA/J2EE) on their own and figure out how to support it while working with the software vendor to design new solutions for the clients needs. Accurately estimate the effort and lead them, potentially driving offshore resources to do the development, meet with the NC CIO and drive production direction for state roll-out, meet with various school districts on integration efforts and needs to support the product etc.
