The Lead Electrical Engineer is a senior Electrical Engineer assigned to manage all aspects of the electrical design of a project.Their duties include the development of project electrical systems design, scope of work, design criteria, man-hour estimates and schedules. They make basic technical decisions, direct the activities of other electrical personnel on the project, coordinate design efforts with all other groups on the job, and maintain job records. They report progress and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
