The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving technology projects from a business and operations point of view through their entire life cycle as well as an ability to drive the product strategy and portfolio for contact center and self-help functionality. In addition, they will have a strong understanding of consumer product marketing methods and competitive strategy, and be familiar with the basics of finance, accounting and economics.
