The team is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst responsible for leading efforts in supporting, maintaining and enhancing these systems. The Lead Analyst will troubleshoot issues, define resolutions and provide and communicate these to clients. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, test plans and supporting the UAT process on scheduled enhancements to these applications.
