Contributes to upgrade, enhancement, and maintenance of technical training offerings. Participates in other infrastructure development, such as testing of labs, development of courseware maintenance tools, maintenance of web content, hardware maintenance. Works day-to-day with little instruction or supervision; ability to take new assignments with general instructions.
