Participates in other infrastructure development, such as testing of labs, development of courseware maintenance tools, maintenance of web content, hardware maintenance. Works day-to-day with little instruction or supervision; ability to take new assignments with general instructions. Conducts technical training for customers in the RHCE-level curriculum.
