The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to guide the development team and work with cross-functional teams/organizations on issue resolution in a timely manner and deliver products based upon business unit goals and corporate objectives. The candidate must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills. He or she will be involved in facilitating solutions for customer requirements and therefore will be required to author requirement and functional specs and to actively contribute to the code development, integration and testing.
