The purpose of this position is to manage the Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse Analysts in the Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC). This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and targeted delivery of pertinent information to the customer bases they serve. Manages incoming requests for information, and assigns requests to appropriate analysts in a manner that ensures a reasonable workload and optimal response time Guide analysts use of Cognos suite of products to deliver the right information to the right person at the right time and in the right way.
