Ensure the health and well being of all things IT-related for enterprise processes. Develop multi-year process enablement roadmaps for Business Intelligence, aligning with S&N global strategy and technology standards. Assess GBU-specific needs against process enablement roadmaps and recommend best course of action. Work closely with business partners across multiple business units to define business requirements, determine functional approaches and align IT projects with overall company strategic objectives. Manage portfolio of process enablement projects, enhancements and services.
