Participate as a key Team Lead for maintaining commercial voice telecommunications services over the cable networks using IP technology.Oversee commercial telephony operation and maintenance of the telephony switch infrastructure to include, but not limited to, switch or CMS, gateways, peripheral servers, telephony and customer premises equipment.Understanding of systems integration and provisioning implementation to support voice services.
