Supervises the activity of analysts responsible for development, integration, and maintenance of the company's corporate application suite. Coordinates team activities with internal technical groups to ensure that information is shared across teams and technical services are available as needed. Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of staff. Reviews and approves staff timesheets and leave requests. Directs development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices.
