We are seeking a seasoned Manager/ Director of Customer Care Support to join our rapidly growing company. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a strong, effective team committed to delivering world class customer service to our enterprise and legal partners. This position is expected to be hands-on and the ideal candidate will be able to field, track, troubleshoot, escalate (if necessary) and resolve technical support requests.
