As a member of the Systems Engineering Field Test team, you will have the opportunity to work with exciting projects, helping to ensure that the product we release is of the highest possible quality. The successful candidate will be actively and primarily involved in leading the test effort for BlackBerry's in-market/carrier performance. At a high level, the day-to-day duties of a Team Lead in our group would be to gather requirements, provide test traceability, coordinate testing activities, allocate resources, develop and monitor timelines and review and make release notifications.
