This position leads the IT Quality Assurance ("QA") and Quality Control ("QC") for both projects and production support for all Information Technology (IT) Globally. It is responsible for the development, documentation, implementation and maintenance of all Quality assurance processes globally for IT. IT also includes the direct responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the Quality Control (QC) Testing function within IT.
