The Manager, Testing and Compliance will have responsibility for federal regulatory compliance relating to IT systems and will act as a business (operations) liaison to understand operational compliance requirements and establish how the IT department meets those requirements. They will manage the testing and validation vendor partner in the delivery and support of application testing and validation. They will also provide project leadership for regulated and critical business systems to ensure validation, testing and qualification requirements are met.
